Fudge is one of my husbands favorite sweets. He recalls his aunt making it often as a child and said not many can make it like she does. I didn’t want to attempt to make her chocolate fudge but I thought I could try my hand at peanut butter fudge with a small twist. The results? He said it was delicious and the closest to his aunts he’s had in years. Yay me! Now his grandmother’s red velvet cake is something I simply can’t replicate… she had a magical touch with that dish.
Our last coffee date with a summer lake side one, but I couldn’t go long without another dose of coffee creamer in my life. My friends at International Delight make the world best creamer- Cold Stone Sweet Cream. Seriously, this is the best stuff on earth. It isn’t just a dose of perfection for your coffee it’s great in recipes too! Grab the easy sweet cream peanut butter fudge recipe below and enjoy.
