Earlier this week we chatted about a boneless wings and dipping sauce station for football season and today I’m back at it with another easy football party snack! This seems to be the guys favorite time of the year and I’m just here for the food. To be honest I do enjoy watching some of the games with the husband and find that I’m more of a college fan than pro. Regardless, I cheer for whoever he wants to win or whoever helps his fantasy team at the time.
Simple and easy is how tailgating and homegating are done. Finger foods during the game are a must and these football party veggie cups are the perfect grab and go snack. You don’t need to mention to the guys that these bad boys are a healthier option, just roll with it.
To create these cute little veggie cups simply add ranch dressing to the bottom and add in veggies of your choice. I’m a celery fan so that was an easy call. We happened to have fresh peppers on hand and they added a little more color to the cups. Cheese. Who doesn’t love them some sharp cheddar cheese?
In other news, I’ve been craving goat and gorgonzola cheese for weeks and can’t have them during the pregnancy . I know what type of cheese I’ll be running to in a few months! But, seriously, this baby means the world so the cheese can wait forever if it needs to.
Enjoy these simple football party veggie cups at your next football gathering, friends!
